Each custom timepiece is hand built To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time of 1 - 3 day the date of order to shipment. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure that your watch is made to your satisfaction.All orders placed through our website are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock".Each watch is assembled by hand piece by piece in a completelyhandmade wayby an expert with more than10 years of experience.

Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a free one year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use. However, it does not cover scratches, damage from opening the watch.

We offer worldwide shipping. After your order is shipped, you will receive an order email containing your package's order number and tracking number. You can check your order and shipping status in the menu bar (TRACK YOUR ORDER) on our website. This allows you to track your order's progress at every stage of the delivery process, providing a transparent and reassuring experience.

You can return the item within 14 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if there are any issues with the delivery or if you receive a damaged package.
