Each custom timepiece is hand built To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time of1 - 2 weeksfrom the date of order to shipment. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure that your watch is made to your satisfaction.
All orders placed through our website are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock".
Each watch is assembled by hand piece by piece in a completelyhandmade wayby an expert with more than10 years of experience.

Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a free one year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use. For added peace of mind, you can also purchase a 2-year warranty extension. However, it does not cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or water resistance issues, as our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities. To ensure the longevity of your watch, we recommend avoiding such activities.

We provide global delivery services. All of our watches are assembled and transported from our workshop in China
For international goods outside the United States, the estimated delivery time is 7-20 days.
For delivery within the United States, the delivery time is 7-15 working days.
Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you your tracking number via email system. This will enable you to track the progress of orders at every stage of the delivery process for a transparent and reassuring experience.
